Meet in appropriate places
Prefer activities in public places, especially the first time you meet a group. Arrange your own transportation so you can leave whenever you want.
Check event details
Read the activity details and check the creator's profile before you go. Reputation on UP4IT comes from real completed activities.
Respect boundaries
Trust your instincts — if something feels off, leave. You don't owe anyone an explanation. Don't share sensitive personal or financial information with people you just met.
Tell someone where you're going
Let a friend or family member know where you're going and when. Keep personal items and valuables with you.
Report & block tools
If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the in-app report and block tools, then let us know at support@up4it.life so we can act on it.
Pay safely
Pay for paid activities only through the app. Never send money directly to another user.
Prioritize your safety
If you feel unsafe, prioritize getting to a safe place and contact local emergency services if needed. Then report the incident to us at support@up4it.life so we can act on it.
