Delete your account
You can permanently delete your UP4IT account and its associated data at any time.
Fastest way
Delete from the app

Open UP4IT
Open the app and sign in with the account you want to delete.

Go to Settings
Head to Profile → Settings.

Delete account
Tap Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate — your account, profile, and sign-in access are removed right away.
No access to the app? Email support@up4it.life from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We process requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile (name, photo, bio, interests)
- Your joined and saved activities
What may be retained
- Payment records we are legally required to keep (held by our payment processors Stripe and Apple)
- Messages you sent in group chats may remain visible to other participants without your name attached
Subscriptions
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
